Magical Mistery Tour in Torino
When I was invited to be part of an energetic experience for the launch of La DoubleJ’s Guardians Collection in Turin, I knew this wouldn’t be just another event. Turin is a city that hums with mystery — a powerful intersection of ley lines, long considered one of the world’s energy epicenters, full of hotspots associated with magic.
Alongside a luminous collective of women — including artist Elisa Seitzinger, chef and writer Mimi Thorisson, and esoteric expert Virgo — I had the honour of guiding some powerful visualisations at several key points throughout the city. With fellow Big Sisters JJ Martin, Harmanjot Kaur and Iris, we each held space for guests to tune in, drop deep, and connect to the invisible energy currents running beneath Turin’s elegant surface.
For me, holding space in this context was more than just guiding breath — it was about weaving presence into place, amplifying the frequency of each moment, and allowing the city’s ancient wisdom to speak through stillness.
Each meditation became a portal: a space to slow down, feel, and receive the wisdom of the guardians. We weren’t just exploring a city — we were activating it. Breathing life into its symbols, its architecture, its forgotten magic. I watched as people softened, opened, and grounded, connecting not just with the land, but with themselves and each other.
If you’ve never been to Turin, it’s a place that demands to be felt. For those who couldn’t be with us live, La DoubleJ created a guide to the city’s most potent energetic sites — from white magic chapels to darker, esoteric corners — an invitation to explore the full spectrum of its vibration and if you sign top to be part of our sisterhood community (https://www.ladoublej.com/en/how-to-raise-your-vibration/events-and-activations/) you will get access to those recorded meditations.
This experience reminded me of something I come back to often in my work: the wisdom isn’t always loud. Most often it’s a whisper — a breath — a softening into what’s always been there.

Fashion Finds Its Soul: La DoubleJ is a pioneer brand offering Spiritual Practices to build community and Support Wellbeing and light work
There’s a quiet elegance in the moments before a breathwork session begins — a kind of sacred architecture formed not of fabric or form, but of intention, energy, and deep presence.
This was the atmosphere recently cultivated at the majestic Aman Venice, where fashion house La DoubleJ, in collaboration with luxury retailer Mytheresa, brought together a community of women not just to celebrate style, but to immerse themselves in spiritual connection and healing. As the guests arrived, gliding into the calm elegance of the historic palazzo, something deeper was already in motion.
What unfolded was more than a wellness offering — it was a clear signal of a growing shift in the fashion world. Luckily more and more brands are turning to spiritual practices like breathwork, energy healing, and mindfulness as meaningful tools to nurture their communities and create spaces of authentic connection.
The session I led began long before the first inhale. Every element — from the subtle flicker of candlelight to the grounding aroma in the air — was intentionally curated to create a supportive, sacred “container” where women could safely explore their inner worlds. These invisible layers of care, often overlooked, are becoming central to how forward-thinking brands engage with their audiences today.
In this case, La DoubleJ is a pioneer in normalising and weaving a tapestry of emotional and energetic support. Their approach reflects a broader movement within the industry: fashion is no longer just about what you wear — it’s about how you feel, and increasingly, how brands make you feel.
This pivot toward healing and ritual — once considered fringe — is becoming a cornerstone for brands that seek to resonate more deeply. Breathwork sessions, sound baths, reiki, astrology circles — these aren’t just wellness trends, but tools of transformation that companies are embracing to create deeper bonds with their community.
What remains most powerful is the unspoken commitment behind these gatherings: a willingness to hold space, to listen, and to support beyond the runway or retail experience. It’s not performance; it’s presence. The fashion industry is learning to resource through stillness, spirituality, and intentional care — offering something beautiful not just to the eye, but to the soul.
