My Lucid Voyages are curated workshops addressed to anyone who is interested to experience the power of breath in a group, connecting at a deeper level with one another while learning breathwork fundamentals and new tools to integrate emotions, master the mind and get in touch with your own heightened wisdom.

I believe in the importance of creating Sacred Spaces as a new way of coming together as a community and whether it is physical or virtual, I am really passionate about holding space for people to foster relaxation, empowerment and human connection.

During my ceremonial gatherings, I will introduce you to conscious connected breathing and hold a multi-dimensional, dream like space for you to safely get in touch with your heart center, let go of stress and fears, relax your body, enhance your intuition and develop new skills for long lasting personal transformation.
